Mission

²ÝÁñÊÓÆµ State University Trademark Licensing program protects the reputation and goodwill of ²ÝÁñÊÓÆµ State University through the control and appearance of its name and indicia’s in the marketplace and elsewhere. It promotes and advances ²ÝÁñÊÓÆµ State University by keeping its name and indicia’s in the public eye and through the association of reputable vendors who provide quality goods and services. The revenue generated from the sale of licensed merchandise help to fund university initiatives and scholarships.

²ÝÁñÊÓÆµ has registered trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). ²ÝÁñÊÓÆµâ€™s trademarks are listed and displayed on the trademark licensing official logo sheet. As indicated on the logo sheet, any use of the ²ÝÁñÊÓÆµ trademarks requires licensing approval from ²ÝÁñÊÓÆµ and The Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC).

The CLC Consortium consists of nation’s top colleges, universities, athletic conferences, bowls, the NCAA, the College Football Playoff, and the Heisman Trophy. Based in Atlanta, CLC provides its member institutions with expertise, resources, and experience necessary to maximize licensing revenue potential through the power of consolidation.
