At the Keeping Sights Upward Journey Honors College, we offer programs for talented and motivated students seeking transformative undergraduate experiences. We support and challenge students to become lifelong learners, collaborative leaders, and civic-minded scholars. 
 
We serve students in all undergraduate majors, whether they are starting college, transferring, or already studying at ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ. Our programs foster curiosity, build knowledge, and develop skills for long-term success and impact. 
 
Honors at ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ features:

  • Engaging honors curricula with experiential learning  
  • Mentoring and support in applying for prestigious external scholarships, fellowships, internships, and research opportunities

The ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ Journey Honors College supports excellence in undergraduate education at ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ State University. We collaborate across the university and with community partners to provide opportunities for students. We also provide resources to support honors students’ success, including priority registration and honors scholarships.

Academic Distinction Statement

The Keeping Sights Upward Journey Honors College is a dynamic community bringing together talented undergraduates and faculty from across the university to collaborate in learning, leading, and serving. Supported by purposeful interaction with peers, faculty, and staff, honors students create a customized curriculum from exclusive honors learning opportunities. As a distinctive feature of the honors core, students are taught how to leverage their knowledge, skills, and experiences into compelling narratives about themselves and their goals as we prepare them to apply for prestigious external scholarships and fellowships. The honors curriculum provides students with an incredibly rich undergraduate experience, prepares them to achieve personal success, and inspires them to make a positive impact on society.
