Using Concur to Assist with Travel Reporting

The ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ State University Travel Team is a division of the Office of Fiscal Services, Procurement and Payment Services Department. Team members are available to answer questions by phone or email, to provide information to ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ employees related to travel policies and procedures. Specific support is provided in the use of Concur, which is the web-based travel application used for travel authorizations, booking and expense reporting. Our goal is to assist travelers from the start to prepare for safe, cost-effective travel on behalf of the university, and end by returning your reimbursable expenses in a timely and efficient manner.

Concur Login

Please submit the Concur User Profile Activation form to set up your account. An activation email will be sent to you from the ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ travel administrator when you can begin using Concur.

Login to the Concur website at: .

Enter the Username and password information provided to you by the ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ travel administrator. Note: make sure to include @ksu as part of your user id!

Profile Set-Up

There are two (2) steps that MUST be completed to set up your Profile and begin using Concur. The rest of the Profile information can be completed at your discretion.

At the top right-hand side of the My Concur page, click Profile and then Profile Settings.
